Sales Policy

Designers Circus is a warehouse-designers inventory SALE. All PRICES are set and marked down from customary sales prices anywhere from 50-95%. Some items are periodically given away FREE.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All sales are FINAL. Customers are responsible for inspecting all merchandise before purchasing. Customers are responsible for sizing the merchandise appropriately for their use. Customers are responsible for color selection.

NO RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE

Customers may not return merchandise. Designers Circus maintains its low pricing because our pricing and service models do not allow for significant overhead and merchandise returns.

NO REFUNDS:

Once an item has been paid for and leaves the Circus no refunds are allowed.

NO EXCHANGES:

Merchandise will not be exchanged.

HOLDS OF MERCHANDISE :

* Merchandise will NOT BE held for customers. Merchandise must be purchased before leaving the CIRCUS

ALTERATIONS:

* Designers Circus maintains an INDEPENDENT Seamstress who is available to make sizing changes, alterations or to fix garments.

PERSONAL SHOPPERS :

* For Customers desiring personal attention and assistance, the Circus provides PERSONAL SHOPPERs who can be booked for private sales times.

PRIVATE PARTIES:

* Groups may BOOK Designers Circus for PRIVATE PARTIES.
